TIMING: AFTER SOMEWHAT OF A LULL IN WINDS OVERNIGHT...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN BY MID WEDNESDAY MORNING... PEAKING BETWEEN 10 AM AND 2 PM BEFORE DIMINISHING LATE AFTERNOON.
WIND: NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
