THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY INLAND VALLEYS... AND WILL CONTINUE IN EFFECT UNTIL SATURDAY AFTERNOON FOR THESE AREAS AS WELL AS THE INLAND EMPIRE AND THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS... INCLUDING THE TRABUCO RANGER DISTRICT OF THE CLEVELAND NATIONAL FOREST... FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY BELOW 15 PERCENT WITH NORTHEAST WINDS 25 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS 55 TO 65 MPH
THE 10 HOUR...100 HOUR...AND 1000 HOUR DEAD FUEL MOISTURE LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE EXTREMELY LOW.
