A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH THROUGH AROUND 7 PM THIS EVENING. RELATIVE HUMIDITY... CURRENTLY NEAR 15 PERCENT WILL SLOWLY INCREASE THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS BEFORE RECOVERING TO 40% TO 55% OVERNIGHT.
