MONO-EASTERN ALPINE COUNTIES-WESTERN NEVADA SIERRA FRONT
A RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PDT THIS EVENING. LOW PRESSURE ALONG THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST COAST WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND NORTHERN NEVADA TODAY. SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH CURRENTLY IN WIND PRONE AREAS WILL BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD BY LATE MORNING. RELATIVE HUMIDITY... CURRENTLY NEAR 20 PERCENT WILL DROP TO AROUND 10% BY LATE MORNING AND REMAIN THERE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE WEST AND NORTHWEST BY LATE AFTERNOON.
