CA-AEU-Palmer - Vegetation Fire - Structure threat

CA-AEU-Palmer
Location: East of Cameron Park Drive and north of Highway 50, on Palmer Drive and Loma Drive.
Sizeup: 10 acres in brush, spotting, Structure threat
Resources: Full wildland response, Air Show 4 total tankers Additional engines
Additional: Residents of 12 homes along Loma Drive were forced to evacuate as a precaution
There are currently nine engines and three fire crews at the scene.

The Sacramento Sierra Chapter of the American Red Cross has established an evacuation center at Ponderosa High School, 3661 Ponderosa Road in Shingle Springs.

Final update: 20 acres 100% containment-

  2. Very comprehensive website with good information. Needs a faster server, not fun when you have to wait and wait and wait for pages to load on a highspeed cable connection.

  3. Thanks for the compliments, This is a one man job right now, The servers belong to Google, But I will try to trim the fat on th site so it loads faster probably reduce amount of post displayed before going to archives...Thanks again made my day!
