CA-SLU- Toro Fire 51 acres, 100% Contained #CaFire

Toro Fire CA- SLU-9086 W/O Moro Bay, San Luis Obispo County(Verenis IC) local Type 3 Incident organization is managing fire.


Evacuations:  As of 0900 hrs 10-9-1312 homes immediately in the fire area remain threatened with an evacuation warning still in effect, however residents have been allowed to repopulate. 
Update 11/09/13 0800hrs: - 51 acres, 100% Contained 
Continued perimeter control, mop up and reinforcement of containment lines until 11/11/13

Update 11/09/13 0800hrs:
75 acres, 50% Contained burning in brush and grass, Ground resources making good progress despite communication challenges.
