SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING INTO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WITH
NORTHERLY FLOW ALOFT WILL BRING BREEZY TO STRONG NORTH WINDS TO
NORCAL TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
OCCUR OVER THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY AND AREAS TO THE WEST.
