GRADUALLY MOVE COASTWARD AND THEN INLAND OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING THE THREAT OF
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH AT LEAST THURSDAY MORNING. THE MOST ABUNDANT
LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS BUT THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDS INTO
THE VALLEY. SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY BRING ABUNDANT LIGHTNING
