CA-LNU-Double 70 acres, 100% contained. located near Clearlake Oaks. #CaFire

CA-LNU-Double  Wildland fire in the Double Eagle Ranch area east of Clearlake Oaks.

Road Closures: California Highway Patrol reported that one lane of Highway 20 near the fire area was closed.
Some of the high voltage power transmission lines that pass through the area had fallen, making conditions more dangerous for firefighters.

Update 8-18 1400: 70 acres, 100% contained.
Update 8-17 0900: 70 acres, 35% contained. Fire is located near Clear Lakes. There is a threat to high tension powerlines.
Update 2000:  50 acres 0% contained 104 committed to the Swedes in Butte. Copters 101 & 901 for LNU Double.For tomorrow 3 wts 2 strike teams of crews and 1 strike team of dozers.
Update 1900:  IC requesting 2 Divisions, 1 Safety and 1 additional Chief Officer.
