***CONFIRMED EVACUATION POINTS*** Lone Tree Road from Justelle Drive to Sunny Brook Lane. Odie Way  Evacuations: Evacuations in progress in Gene Lane, Halpin Lane, Lone Tree Road, Prince  Road etc particularly those in need of assistance. Everything south of Ophir and west of Lincoln, north of South Villa to Hwy 70 is under mandatory evacuation at this time Evacuation center is being set up at the Church of Nazarene at 2238 Monte Vista Ave Oroville, CA 95966. Road Closure: Lone Tree x Ophir and Lone Tree x Palermo closures Palermo Road closed at railroad tracks  Safety: Powerlines down. Sunnybrook Lane resident refusing to leave despite immediate threat. next to his house' Spot fire reported on Gene Lane; power pole on Lone Tree on fire; Gridley, Oroville PDs and probation have a few additional officers enroute to assist.100 acres multiple branches, requesting additional tac and IC total of 4 tankers requested Evacuation assist, Power Hill Road and Haliton? Lane 
Update 1400 hrsAt least three large fires; structure threat; requesting at least 15 additional  engines, two dozers. No requests for evacuation as yet; BCSO inquiring.
