The PCH was opened last night at 2100 hours, CALFIRE IMT-5 (Smith) remains in Unified command with Ventura County Fire Department, Ventura County Sheriff Department, and National Park Service. Mandatory evacuations occurred in the community of Hidden Valley and remain in effect. Re-population of CSUCI and the Dos Vientos Residential area is occurring now.
