LACFD: Los Angeles County Fire Department’s North Region will be celebrating Fire Service Day

Who:              Los Angeles County Fire Department North Region.

What:             In recognition of Fire Service Month, the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s North Region will be celebrating Fire Service Day.  This event will provide the public with educational activities for all ages, equipment demonstrations, Fire Department displays, entertainment, and information booths.  Food and beverages will be available. It will be fun-filled event for children and adults.

Visuals:        Live fire and Jaws of Life demonstrations, various firefighting equipment, emergency vehicle displays, search dogs conducting rescue techniques, and a helicopter displays, HAZ-MAT displays, USAR display.

When:            Saturday, May 11, 2013 - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
