BTU: Live Fire Training Exercise #CaFire

What: CAL FIRE/Butte County Fire Department will be holding a live fire training exercise.When: Saturday, April 6,  The most active fire should occur from 11:00 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m.
Where:  223 Almond Ave in Oroville. 
Who: Butte County Fire Dept's Training and Safety Bureau will be hosting the drill which will run from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
Local Butte County Fire Department volunteer firefighters will also be in attendance.

"These types of training exercises in acquired structures are a valuable training experience for our personnel." stated Training and Safety Bureau Chief Darren Read. "The firefighters will be put through their paces in structural firefighting operations, ventilation, interior fire attack and the rescue of trapped victims."
