The unidentified men, who are in their 20s, were driving in the area when their car got stuck in the snow at about 2 p.m., according to the GCSO. Since they were familiar with the area, they decided to get out of the car and walk.
They made a five-mile trek from where they were stranded until they came across the repeater's site, according to the GCSO. They broke down the door and were there until they were rescued at about 9 p.m.
