* AFFECTED AREA - WEST CENTRAL NEVADA BASIN AND RANGE, FIRE ZONE 450, WESTERN NEVADA SIERRA FRONT., FIRE ZONE 273 MONO - EASTERN ALPINE COUNTIES AND FIRE ZONE 459 MINERAL AND SOUTHERN LYON COUNTIES.
* WINDS - SOUTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 65 MPH. WIND GUSTS UP TO 80 MPH IN WIND PRONE LOCATIONS.
* HUMIDITY - FALLING TO 10 TO 20 PERCENT.
* IMPACTS - THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY
