CA-NEU Robbers Fire. 1,300 acres, 10%, New Map - 170 residences threatened.

 Robbers Fire Summary Updates: 
Update: 7-14 0900hrs CA-NEU Robbers Fire. 1,427 acres, 20% contained. The fire is burning in heavy brush and timber in steep terrain where travel is slow and difficult, with limited turnouts, and bridges with weight limitations. Fuels are receptive and available to burn. Spotting continues on north and east sides of the fire. In addition we are experiencing increased frequency of town hall meetings and VIP visits to the incident.

Update: 7-13 1900hrs Cal Fire IMT 1 (Flores). 1,368 personnel are assigned . The fire has made active runs in both the northeast and southeast section of the fire and has burned up to Brushy Creek in the Yankee Jims area. With winds coming out of the south, the fire has been burning towards the northeast. Continuing primary and contingency control line construction. 170 residences remain threatened.
Large header(Plume) visible from the Rosevill/Placerville/Camino area since about 1830 from burnout operations, Tanker 06 a P-2 Neptune Missoula, MT based Neptune Aviation Lockheed P-2 aircraft was seen working the fire out of McClellan. The newly available Blackhawk Helicopters, one is joining the battle from Auburn airport and the other four are headed to the heltac base being setup at Blue Canyon airport which has become the primary heltac base.The Grass Valley Air Attack Base provided 108,000 gallons of retardant yesterday. Light initial attack in the Geographic Area today; no new large fires reported (0600-1930)

Evacuations:  Today, the Red Cross moved the Evacuation Center to the Foresthill High School Gym.
170 residences are threatened, Evacuations remain in effect for homes off Yankee Jims Canyon & Shirttail Canyon area, as well as parts of Iowa Hill.
The following streets are evacuated: Just Rd., Big Dipper Rd., Glory Mound Rd., Kings Hill Rd., Brushy Bear Rd., Brushy Creek Ln., Macy Creek, Adelin, Blind Doe, Mountain Lion, Spring Garden Rd, Log Cabin Ln, Pine Mountain Rd, Small Hope Mine Ln, Owl Creek Rd and parts of Shirttail Canyon.

Road Closures: Just Rd., Big Dipper Rd., Glory Mound Rd., Kings Hill Rd., Brushy Bear Rd., Brushy Creek Rd., Shirt Tail Canyon Rd. Further info will be posted.
