TIMING: GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS: SOUTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH. WIND PRONE AREAS MAY GUST UP TO 65 MPH NEAR HIGHWAY 395. * SIERRA RIDGE GUSTS UP TO 100 MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
