Update: CA-SBR-Glenview - Official Rules for returning home #SanBrunoFire


City of San Bruno official notice: 
RETURNING TO YOUR HOME

• Starting at Noon today, residents should go to Skyline College. Enter from Skyline
Boulevard and then turn right. Follow signs to Parking Lot M.
• At that location, we will begin processing and escorting residents
• At Skyline College, residents will find check-in tables and will be asked to show
photo identification. For those without a photo ID, authorities will be able to verify
identification.
• Identification will be confirmed for your privacy and the security of your property
• Residents will go home in stages. This is for the safety, security and privacy of
residents.
• Residents of 111-191 Estates, 200-250 Estate and 881-930 Glenview will enter first.
• Residents at other homes will enter in scheduled stages throughout the day.
• Two wristbands will be issued for each address along with decals for up to two
vehicles. This will help residents with re-entry by their family and friends.
• The decals will be color coded to identify the time you will be allowed to go home.
• Once you have registered you will be scheduled a time and a location to enter your
neighborhood.
• The last scheduled entry time will be residents of Plymouth and the 1100 block of
Vermont at 5:00 p.m.
• Separate information will be prepared for homes in the devastation area. The City
will hold a meeting for the Devastated Home Owners at the San Bruno Senior Center
at 1555 Crystal Springs Road in San Bruno on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
• If you show up at the entry point before your assigned time, you will be turned
away and asked to arrive at the assigned time
• When you arrive home:
o Meet with PG&E staff to re-establish utilities to your home
o Throw away all perishable food (dumpsters provided in the neighborhood and
increased garbage collection has been arranged).

As we continue to work with the local service providers for the benefit of San Bruno residents, the Recreation Center will be open from 9:00am to 6:00pm as a Local Assistance Center at least until Tuesday, September 14th. The LAC includes service agencies for those affected by the fire, such as City of San Bruno, Red Cross, PG&E, Dept of Motor Vehicles, Social Security, County Health and much more.

San Bruno Park School District sites will be open on Monday, September 13. All after-school recreation programs at school sites will be in operation.

All recreation programs conducted in the Recreation Center or in City Park are canceled at least through Tuesday, September 14th.
