Location: It is on the Tahoe. The name of the fire is CA-TNF-Ina.
Staging area: Hwy. 49 and Dyson Lane north of Loyalton, CA.
Fire conditions: Erratic fire behavior due to "T-Cells" in area, fire is experiencing extreme winds. Very heavy precipitation over fire. Air resources grounded due to weather
