Update: 14:30hrs - Some evacuations in Glendale area.
Update: Noon - "Green light" to utilize the Martin Mars and or the DC-10. Martin Mars is going to assist with supporting a retardant line. Official order for Martin Mars and 2 Additional Heavy ATs has been made.

Update: 11:40hrs - Reverse 911 calls with mayor asking for evacuations in La Canada / Flintridge area.
Update: 10:00hrs - Launching AA now. Asking for Helitankers to focus above Vista Miguel". Structure protection is holding so far on Branch I.

Current threats/Problems: Northern portions of the City of La Canada-Flintridge, Altadena, Mount Lukens Communications Facility, Edison 220 Kv Powerlines, Edison 33Kv Powerlines to Mt. Wilson, Gould Sub-station, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Arroyo Seco Residences, ANF Clear Creek Fire Station, Clear Creek School, Red Box and Mt Disappointment communication sites and the Mount Wilson Communications Facility/Observatory are threatened.
The fire area is extremely steep and inaccessible. The fire is burning in burning in 40+ year old 15 to 20 foot high decadent vegetation.
