EDIS -- EVACUTION - City of Brentwood - Northern California

IMMEDIATE EVACUATION: There a hazardous fire involving propane tanks on Brentwood Boulevard near Sims RoadTherefore an immediate evacuation has been ordered for the area east of Anderson Lane between Delta Road and Lone Tree Road as east as Sellers Avenue.

Instruction:
Leave now by auto or foot.If you do not have anywhere to go, a shelter has been established at the Senior Center at the corner of Balfour and Griffith Lane in Brentwood.
Highway 4 is closed in the area near the fire.If you are north of the fire, you may take Brownstone Road west to Ohara Avenue and then travel south on Ohara.This is expected to be a temporary evacuation. Take only those essential items you have ready and can carry with you.Pets should be in a carrier or on a leash.Stay off the phone unless you need to report a life-threatening emergency at your location. However, if you are physically unable to leave your home unassisted, call 9-1-1 for help.
