Road closures: Osborn Road @ Foothill road, Sand Canyon@ Placerita, Sand Canyon @ Little Tujunga Canyon Rd.

Update: 1530 - 120 acres 60% All active burning at top of ridge.

Location: 13300 Little Tujunga Canyon Road, Angeles National Forest, Little Tujunga Canyon area. Northwest of Los Angeles. Same vicinity of last year’s Marek fire,
Resources: 300+ firefighters, Multi-agency response from ANF, LA City, and LA County, Four air tankers were on the scene, BDF Helitanker 720 enroute.
Injuries or evacuations: None
Structure threats: None, light winds in the area are pushing the fire away from any structures.
Fuels/Terrain: Medium fuels burning upslope.
