Santa Barbara County, California – CAL FIRE investigators say they have eliminated “all accidental causes” of the “Tea Fire” which impacted the small enclave of Montecito, in Santa Barbara County and are asking for the public’s help in finding who caused the suspicious blaze that destroyed 210 homes and caused 2 injuries,CAL FIRE ARSON HOTLINE

“We are calling it human caused and we need the public’s help in identifying any activity in or around the afternoon of November 13th,” Doug Lannon spokesman for CAL fire, the state fire agency.
After telling a Westmont Alumni living in San Diego about the fire and how it started by the campus, they were surprised. But they then stated that it wasnt a huge surprise because thats where students go to smoke. i dont know if this will help but, its worth looking into. hope this helps.
