Wildland fire activity remains light nationally. One new large fire was reported in Oregon.
Crews and Incident Management Teams are stationed in Atlanta, Georgia; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Denton, Texas to support hurricane activity.
Weather Discussion: Northerly winds and low humidity are predicted for northern California and western Oregon. Winds will decrease bringing warmer and drier conditions around the West. Wet thunderstorms are possible in Montana, Wyoming, and the Four Corner states.
