CA-TCU- Serpentine Fire - 200 Acres

Serpentine Fire - 200 Acres
Saturday, July 26, 2008 - 08:15 PM
Location: Tuolumne County, CA 1.5 miles north of the Mariposa County line.
Terrain: Fire is located in steep terrain with heavy fuels. Initial access limited
Road Closures: Northbound Hwy 49 has been closed by the CHP. There is limited closure for southbound Hwy 49.
Evacuations: No evacuation orders have been issued for the immediate area. In addition no structures are threatened at this time.
Comms: Cmd 1, Tac 2.
Resources: 18 engines are on scene along with four water tenders, four dozers and eight hand crews.
Air Resources:
One Air Attack plane, one helicopter and four air tankers.
