Control: Full control expected June 28, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
Structures Destroyed: 3 residences and 8 outbuildings have been destroyed. 1 residence and 2 outbuildings have been damaged.
Injuries: 1
Cause: Under Investigation
Cooperating Agencies: Santa Cruz Sherrifs Office, CO, RDS, California Conservation Corp, California Deparment of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Office of Emergency Services, California Highway Patrol, Local Government Fire Departments, American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Pacific Gas & Electric
Total Fire Personnel: 788 (514 CAL FIRE)
Fire crews: 25 (16 CAL FIRE)
Engines: 62 (41 CAL FIRE)
Airtankers: 2
Dozers: 2 (Both are CAL FIRE)
Water tenders: 19
Costs to date: $4.3 million
Major Incident Command Team: Incident Command Team 8
Team 8 will transition the Martin Fire back to the San Mateo Santa Cruz Unit on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
Conditions: Ground crews made significant progress in fire suppression and perimeter control. All evacuation orders have been lifted, and all roads are open. Good relative humidity overnight is expected to help mop-up activities.
