Traffic closures in Central Valley due to grass fires

(SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY) EASTBOUND SR12 WEST OF MARINA PKWY CLOSED DUE TO GRASS FIRE/ USE ALTERNATE ROUTE/ EMERGENCY CREWS ON SCENE/ TRAFFIC BACKED UP TO TERMINOUS/ NO EST TIME OF REOPENING

Two fires have halted traffic Stockton/Manteca/Delta area.

The first fire called the 99 incident started just after 10:15 am at the Highway 120 Manteca Bypass and Highway 99 interchange in Manteca and as of 12:03pm some eastbound to south bound transition lanes were still closed, media is staged at EB 120 at 99
Propane tanks stored next to the freeway were threatened by fire during the 99 incident
The other fire has closed Eastbound 12 west of Marina parkway near Terminous, with traffic backed up to Terminous. No estimate of reopening time.
