A VIGOROUS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL LEAD TO GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY. WIND GUSTS TO 4O MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER THIS AFTERNOON IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA...COMBINED WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES BELOW 15 PERCENT... CREATING HAZARDOUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
