Red flag warning: Riverside, Imperial Counties

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG WARNING... WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. A VIGOROUS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL LEAD TO GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY. WIND GUSTS TO 4O MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER THIS AFTERNOON IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA...COMBINED WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES BELOW 15 PERCENT... CREATING HAZARDOUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

Instruction:
PLEASE ADVISE THE APPROPRIATE OFFICIALS AND FIRE CREWS IN THE FIELD OF THIS RED FLAG WARNING.
