Apache Wildland Fire

IA: Origin Apache Fire - Two Pacific Crest trail hikers discovered a burning stump
Location: San Jacinto Wilderness, Apache Peak 5000 feet
IC: Apache IC - Espinoza
Resources: 1 engine, 8 handcrews, 1 hot shot crew, 1 air attack, 1 lead plane, 4 air tankers and 2 helitankers.
Aircraft were grounded early this morning due to fog, but should fly when weather clears.
Planned actions: Due to steep roadless terrain, 8 handcrews will hike into fire this morning.
Fuels: Light brush, steep roadless terrain.
