THE RED FLAG WARNING IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MST /7 PM PST/ THIS EVENING. STRONG WINDS ARE MOVING INTO SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA THIS MORNING... INCLUDING THE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY...AS A SHARP COLD FRONT CUTS ACROSS THE SONORAN DESERT. SUSTAINED NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 0 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH THIS EVENING. IN ADDITION...MOISTURE LEVELS WILL BE DROPPING THROUGH THE MORNING... WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FALLING BELOW 15 PERCENT. THIS WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS LASTING THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE STRONG WINDS WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF THIS EVENING... THOUGH BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT.Instruction:
