RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL FALL SHARPLY AS THE DRY OFFSHORE WINDS DESCEND OVER THE COASTAL SLOPES AND VALLEYS LATE SATURDAY NIGHT AND AVERAGE IN THE TEENS BY SUNDAY MORNING...PERSISTING THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING.
