.A WEAK DISTURBANCE MOVING NORTHWARD INTO OREGON WILL BRING GUSTY WINDS TO THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT. WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH HUMIDITY OVER EASTERN SHASTA COUNTY DROPPING INTO THE LOWER TEENS TO AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT SUNDAY AFTERNOON. GUSTY WIND AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY NIGHT BEFORE WINDS DECREASE LATE. ...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING FOR EASTERN SHASTA COUNTY EAST OF THE CASCADES AND NORTH OF LASSEN PARK... SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH SUNDAY. GUSTS OVER 5 MPH ARE POSSIBLE OVER ELEVATED TERRAIN SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. HUMIDITY WILL FALL INTO THE LOWER TEENS TO AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT. THIS WILL CREATE A PERIOD OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
