New Start - CA-BDO - Little Mtn. San Bernardino

West End fire departments sending a type 1, 3 engine task force,
immediate need to Little Mt.. Will try to add 2 engines for a strike
team, but there's a grass fire in Rancho C. so resources are slim.

Form up at scene Hwy 30 and IS-215.

UPDATE: 3rd alarm and mutual aid from CAL FIRE and USFS.
CA-BDO requesting a type 3 engine S/T from CA-BDF. CA-BDF unable to provide a S/T due to "non-fire season" staffing. CA-BDF Chief 2 says he will give them what they have staffed. BDF forms up E-31 (on 3rd alarm), E-32 (on 3rd alarm), E-34, E-39, and E-11 as a strike team

****REMINDER**** Every fire has the ability to be catastrophic. The wildland fire management environment has profoundly changed. Growing numbers of communities, across the nation, are experiencing longer fire seasons; more frequent, bigger, and more severe, fires are a real threat. Be careful with all campfires and equipment.

"I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts, and beer." --Abraham Lincoln
