Fire Weather Watch: WESTERN LASSEN-EASTERN PLUMAS-EASTERN SIERRA-EASTERN NEVADA COUNTIES-GREATER LAKE TAHOE AREA-

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RENO HAS ISSUED A FIRE WEATHER WATCH...Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening for gusty winds and low humidityWHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING. SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS INTO TUESDAY EVENING. WIND SPEEDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL BE COMMON WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH POSSIBLE. THESE WINDS AND HUMIDITY VALUES BETWEEN 15 AND 20 PERCENT WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS ARE ALSO FORECAST WEDNESDAY. HOWEVER HUMIDITY LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE HIGHER AS MUCH COOLER AIR BEGINS TO SPREAD INTO THE AREA. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... &&
