FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A multi-car accident involving a fire truck sent two people to the hospital and injured a firefighter late Friday afternoon.

Action News Reporter Rick Montanez was first on scene right after the accident happened and took this picture of the overturned fire truck.
A fire truck from the Mountain Valley Fire Department was responding to a fire call eastbound on Jensen.
Investigators say the driver of a red BMW was northbound on Peach Avenue and drove in front of the fire truck when the crash occurred. The fire truck overturned and hit another SUV.
A passenger in the SUV and the driver of the BMW were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. One of the firefighters in the truck was also hurt.
