FORECASTER CONFIDENCE IS HIGH THAT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON...RELATIVE HUMIDITY BELOW 15 PERCENT AND NORTHEAST WINDS GUSTING BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH IN MANY AREAS AND 45 TO 60 MPH IN THE MORE WIND PRONE LOCATIONS...WILL OCCUR OVER THE INLAND EMPIRE AND THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS. ALSO MODERATE SANTA ANA EVENT SHOULD DEVELOP BY THURSDAY EVENING ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS... VALLEYS ...AND WIND PRONE COASTAL AREAS OF THE LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES... RED FLAG WARNINGS poster - Fire weatherTHE 10 HOUR...100 HOUR...AND 1000 HOUR DEAD FUEL MOISTURE LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO BE EXTREMELY LOW.
