Highway 70 has reopened to traffic, however travelers may encounter brief delays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. in fire areas.

Cooperating Agencies: CAL FIRE, Butte County Fire, Chico Fire, Oroville Fire, Paradise Fire, CHP, Butte County Public Works, Butte County Sheriff, USFS, OES, LA County, Orange County, Alameda County, Ventura County, Caltrans, National Guard, CDCR and CCC.

Costs to date: $82.5 million
Conditions: The Butte Lightning Complex consists of 37 fires, 1 of which remains active.
Resources continue to concentrate on the northwest side of the complex. Firefighters continue to be aided by favorable weather conditions with very little wind. There are still unburned islands within the perimeter of the fire that may be seen burning.
Residents should continue to remain alert and be prepared for evacuations if conditions change.
