CA-AEU-Jackson -Wildland Fire - 6400 acres 50%+

CA-AEU-Jackson -
Update: 17:00 - Slop over Fire has crossed river, 5 engines, dozer, relief AA ordered up - Multiple Type 3 LG strike teams dispatched from Amador County. AA 210 refueling @ Mather, still committed to the incident.
Weather: High wind advisory 25+ gusts 40 through 6 PM, TOMORROW
IA: Mostly in the NON-SRA
Current Sizeup: Six-alarm blaze, Fire around 1000+ acres, Residental Structures Burning, Mobile home and several outbuildings confirmed lost. 100 head of Livestock being evacuated at this time. Several housing communities at risk, structure protection is in place at Excelsior and Calvine rd.
Fire behavor: Fire making runs to the south and west. Attempting to hold head of fire North of Grant Line rd.
Location:Rural eastern Sacramento County - Jackson Hwy and Excelsior
Resources: AEU has 5 engs 2 crews and 1 dozer committed.
Injuries: Injured Sac Metro captain was taken to the burn unit of UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento with second-degree burns to both hands and arms.
